A different approach to health leadership. This is not a course about finding the right leadership style or applying models to produce ideal solutions. Instead, we will work with a more challenging set of questions: What kind of problems are leaders really dealing with? What shapes what is possible, and what is not, for leaders in this context? How do different ways that leaders interpret a situation open up, or close down, possibilities for action? What remains defensible for leadership action when few good options exist?
