Introduces and examines core social issues in Aotearoa New Zealand and how these are impacted by community, corporate, government and scientific structures. Students will use a range of inter-disciplinary approaches to deepen their understanding of societal systems, research the perspectives of different stakeholders, and engage in creative problem-solving and policy development processes.
